TERMS OF SERVICE

Clear terms for custom orders.

These Terms of Service apply to orders placed with Kit My Team. By submitting an order, you agree to the terms below. These terms explain how custom orders, approvals, production, shipping and customer-supplied artwork are handled.

Last updated: September 2026

1. Custom orders & final approval

All products are customized to the specifications selected in your order. A final production proof will be sent for approval before printing. Customers are responsible for reviewing the proof and confirming artwork, spelling, garment style, colour, quantities, sizes and print locations before approval.

2. Changes & cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once the final proof has been approved and blanks, transfers or production have been committed to the order, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

3. Custom products, returns & refunds

Because our products are made to order, custom-printed items are generally final sale. If an item is defective or Kit My Team made a production error, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

4. Turnaround & supplier availability

Most standard orders are completed within 7–10 business days after final artwork approval. Larger orders, special requests, supplier shortages or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may require additional time. If a selected garment, size or colour becomes unavailable, we will contact you before making a substitution.

5. Payments & pricing

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing shown at checkout applies to that order at the time it is submitted. Future website pricing may change without affecting an order that has already been accepted and paid.

6. Customer artwork & intellectual property

By uploading a logo, design, trademark or other artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for the requested products. Kit My Team may refuse artwork that we reasonably believe infringes another party’s rights. We will not use a customer’s completed branded order for public marketing without permission.

7. Digital proofs & production variation

Digital previews and production proofs are intended to show approximate placement and appearance. Screen settings, fabric colour, garment construction and the printing process can cause reasonable differences in colour, scale or placement between a digital display and the finished item.

8. Shipping & tracking

Orders are shipped from Calgary, Alberta. Shipping charges are calculated using live carrier rates through EasyPost to the delivery address entered at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships. Carrier transit times are separate from production turnaround times.

9. Delivery issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Once a parcel has been accepted by the carrier, transit delays may be outside our direct control; however, if an order appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will help investigate the shipment with the carrier.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kit My Team is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from an order. Our responsibility for a proven issue with an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected products, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Questions about an order or these terms can be sent through the contact information provided on the Kit My Team website.

These website terms are general business terms and should be reviewed for your final legal and business setup before the production storefront launches.
